Official Rules: DL Cabinetry "Game Day Giveaway"

1. Eligibility:

The DL Cabinetry "Game Day Giveaway" (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of Duval County, Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of DL Cabinetry, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor:

The Contest is sponsored by DL Cabinetry, 8145 Baymeadows Way W, Jacksonville, FL 32256 ("Sponsor").

3. Contest Period:

The Contest consists of a series of individual entry periods (each, a "Contest Period") tied to each Jacksonville Jaguars 2025 regular season home game played at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. Each Contest Period will begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EST) on the day of a designated home game and will end at 12:00 AM (midnight) EST on the same day.

The specific Contest Periods for the 2025 season are as follows:

Game 1: vs. Carolina Panthers Contest Period: Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST
Game 2: vs. Houston Texans Contest Period: Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST
Game 3: vs. Kansas City Chiefs Contest Period: Monday, October 6, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST
Game 4: vs. Seattle Seahawks Contest Period: Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST
Game 5: vs. Los Angeles Chargers Contest Period: Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST*
Game 6: vs. Indianapolis Colts Contest Period: Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST*
Game 7: vs. New York Jets Contest Period: Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST*
Game 8: vs. Tennessee Titans (Week 18 Regular Season Finale) Contest Period: TBD, from 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST*

*Disclaimer: All Jacksonville Jaguars 2025 home game dates and kickoff times are subject to change at the discretion of the NFL and/or the Jacksonville Jaguars. In the event of a game date or time change, the corresponding Contest Period will automatically adjust to the new scheduled date, maintaining the 10:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM (midnight) EST timeframe on that revised game day.

Please note: The Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Los Angeles Rams game on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Wembley Stadium in London is an international game and is not considered a home game for the purpose of this local giveaway.

4. How to Enter:

During each designated Contest Period, eligible individuals may enter by scanning the QR code provided in promotional materials and completing the online entry form with all required information, which may include but is not limited to:

Your first name
Your last name
Your company name (optional)
Your email address
Your phone number
Your project type (Kitchen or Bathroom)
Your project start date (Next 4 weeks, 1-3 months, or 3+ Months)
A statement confirming that you have read, and agree to the official rules of this promotion.

You may also enter the Contest by mail without completing an online entry form. To enter via mail, send a postcard with the following information clearly legibly printed on it:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the applicable Contest Period to be eligible for that specific game's drawing and must be received by Sponsor no later than five (5) business days after the end of the respective Contest Period. Only one (1) postcard entry per person/email address per Contest Period is permitted. Illegible, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or postage-due mail.

General Entry Rules for Both Methods:

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per Contest Period. This means you can enter during the Contest Period for each home game.

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries, and that entrant may be disqualified.

Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will result in disqualification.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

5. Prizes:

Eight (8) separate Prizes will be awarded throughout the Contest, with one (1) winner selected for each Jacksonville Jaguars 2025 regular season home game. Each Prize consists of a $500 credit towards the purchase of a kitchen or bathroom remodel project with DL Cabinetry (each, a "Prize").

Each Prize is a credit for services and products offered by DL Cabinetry and has no cash value. It can't be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned, or substituted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Each Prize must be applied to a single kitchen or bathroom remodel project with DL Cabinetry.

Each Prize doesn't cover services or products not offered by DL Cabinetry (e.g., plumbing, electrical, flooring installation unless explicitly part of a DL Cabinetry package).

Any unused portion of the $500 credit will be forfeited.

The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the $500 credit.

Each Prize must be redeemed and applied to a project initiated within six (6) months of that specific winner's notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

For each designated Contest Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that specific Contest Period (including both online and eligible mail-in entries). Each drawing will take place on or about the first business day following each respective Contest Period, at the Sponsor's premises. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that specific Contest Period.

Each potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within approximately three (3) business days following their respective drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days from the date the notification was sent. Failure to respond within the allotted time frame may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected for that specific Contest Period.

7. Winner Requirements:

Each potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within seven (7) days of notification. Non-compliance with this time frame may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected for that specific Contest Period.

8. Taxes:

Each winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of their Prize. The approximate retail value of each Prize is $500. Entrants are advised to consult with a tax professional regarding their individual tax implications.

9. General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

By accepting the Prize, each winner grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner's name, city and state of residence, and/or likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitations of Liability:

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Jacksonville Jaguars, LLC, Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt, or use of the Prize.

11. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

12. Disputes:

Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Florida State Court located in Duval County, Florida; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

13. Winner List:
